Shanice has been with us since 2022. We have benefited from her support in many ways. She is an all rounder when it comes to childcare. Her music classes always managed to capture everyone’s attention, including the parents! We also enjoyed the Easter Event Shanice put together which was a hit for a range of children with different needs. Shanice is a childcare natural when it comes to her nanny experience because both of my children are very different and each of them has developed a unique bond with Shanice over time and she is integral to our family. Shanice is playful, active, considerate, consistent and creative. She knows how to manage her own energy to keep children engaged and regulated for long periods. What I love most about Shanice is her proactive attitude. If my little one is napping she will fold her clothes, set up a game or get snacks ready. She is very good at communicating and makes us aware of her time off and timings. I trust her and that is a big deal for me! Shanice is very positive and utilised several methods including music and games to keep my son entertained and engaged. She has also helped with feeding my son and tidying up after him. I am very happy that a person of Shanice’s calibre has been there for my son.

We had the pleasure of attending an Easter event, organised by Shanice. There was a plethora of activities, each offering a unique opportunity for my son to develop sensory skills, fine motor skills, cognitive development and social interaction. The cost of this event was very affordable and we are very grateful for this experience.

Her genuine love for children, coupled with her nurturing nature and reliability, make her a valuable asset to any family.
